iiser (indian institute of science education and research), a contemporary institute, needed an identity for their tirupati entity.
iiser's symbol conveys ‘science for the betterment of an individual and the society’. the symbol is in the golden proportion, where the size of the spiral increases but its shape remains the same with each successive curve. this shows that iiser’s charter of science education and research, as well as its core values, are reflected in all its activities.
